PORCH ADD ON, 2023
Customer had some old Creosote Bridge timbers and a couple of stacks of old 2x6s he wanted to see if we could make a porch with. So….. he ended with a porch stout enough you could drive a truck on it.

FRONT DEMOLITION & PORCH ADDITION, 2022
One thing I love about having our own sawmill is that you have unlimited access to the most beautiful wood. Took the vinyl siding off of this house and spruced up the curb appeal a little bit. Board and batten siding is by far my favorite siding.
REPLACING OLD CARPORTS, 2023
Out with the old and in with the new!!!! This family decided that the old carport was in desperate need of being replaced. They decided to pull it away from the house a couple feet and just make a covered walkway over the steps. Couple more hours and we will be finished up. I absolutely love Pecan Ready Seal on rough cut pine!!!
BEACH HOUSE AWNING, 2022
This carport turned out beautiful. I was expecting the house to be way out of square but it ended up being the most square house I have worked on. Only 1 inch out in 36 feet, simply amazing. The corner 10x10 posts go all the way up to the roof. I know what I’m doing when we build our house. I love working on these tried and tested houses that have made it through major Hurricanes, so many structural ideas.
CARPORT WITH SHOP, 2022
We love doing projects like this! It makes it even better when we have an amazing customer. This is the son of a previous customer. He sent us this image on the left as an idea of the concept he was looking for. We had to beef up the structure quite a bit because the size he was wanting required more support. There were a few obstacles to overcome along the way, but it is working through those obstacles that builds that level of trust.

This customer had been waiting 2 years for someone to help get her house back from Hurricane Laura. She only had a small budget so she was getting it done piece by piece. She hired us for just a portion of the work. Our team volunteered many hours of unpaid time to try and help this customer.
We would have completed more work had we already not been booked up with other jobs when she was able to get more work completed. PORCH REMODEL, 2022
We made some new friends as we did our very first job out in the Montgomery area this week. We rebuilt a porch, laid down some flooring and installed new ceiling fans. We also removed some Hurricane Laura damage and cleaned up the yard. This porch is going to make a great entertainment area to keep cool on those hot Louisiana days.

Your backyard deck was built to be enjoyed. Don’t let it get destroyed by not properly taking care of it. This sealant/stain protects the deck from moisture and UV rays. We are so blessed to have had the opportunity to seal and stain this customers deck.

If only wood could tell some stories.… this precious ramp has held up several little feet as they walk to and from Sunday School for many years. It was time for it to get a little love of its own. Here is the before and after photos. What a transformation!
